Play Date

Sarah came over for a play date.  The kids spent several hours playing on the slip n slide and swinging.

Carter thought he needed his goggles.  They work upside down too.

Church Camp

 McKenzie spent last week at church camp.  She had a great time and is planning to go back next year. 

She was so excited to have a top bunk and to get to sleep in a cabin.

I went to visit McKenzie of an evening.  The first night I was there only a few minutes when they needed help in a game so I got to play too. 

Grandma Lou went with me the first night and Dad and Carter went the second night.

 I think they missed each other. :)

Color run

Megan and I completed the color run in Kansas City this year.  It is a 5k and as you run they throw color on you.  We had a blast.

Happy Father's Day

Tim is such a good dad.  McKenzie and Carter love spending time with him.  I asked McKenzie what she liked to do with Daddy and she said, she likes to go golfing with him and eating Chinese. (I don't like Chinese so it is their special place).  Carter said he likes to play trucks with him.  

Brock Alan

My good friend Morgan (she was in our wedding) and Chris had their second baby, May 23rd.   McKenzie and I went to visit Brock Alan Robinson at the hospital.  Tim was so excited to see him that he didn't wait for us and he walked over to see her that day since he is working at the Hospital.

Talent show

McKenzie participated in the end of the year talent show for school.  Her and two other girls did gymnastics.  McKenzie practiced every night working on her hand stands, cartwheels, back bends, etc.  During the talent show they played music and let the girls have the floor.  It was fun to watch them and to see how much McKenzie had improved with all the practicing she had done. 

Mother's Day

This past mothers day was a pretty typical sunday; with church and then Grandma's for lunch.  But then we went to Mom and Dad's for a weiner roast.  I love the peacefulness of a campfire.

I am so blessed to be a mom to these two beautiful babies.
