Merry Christmas

Christmas morning we got up to find Santa had come and everyone was on the nice list. Carter loved his hot wheels and sat on it to open the rest of his gifts.

All McKenzie wanted was a doll house as tall as she is, she was very excited when she spotted it.

What a handsome little guy.

I love laying on the couch watching movies with my babies.  Santa brought our family a few movies so we had to check one of them out.

After we checked out all that Santa brought, Mom, dad, John and Grandma Lou came over for lunch.

Showing Grandad his new steering wheel that vibrates, lights up and has real car sounds.

**I am not sure how I did it, but Tim is not in a single picture.  We are thankful for him as he made stew for lunch and as always it was delicious.

Sorry for the post over load....new years resolution = to stay caught up with my blog.

Christmas Eve

Caylea, Shyla's daughter, came over on Christmas eve to play with the kids while I cleaned house.

Caylea and McKenzie made sugar cookies for Santa.

After we took Caylea home we went to visit Santa.  Carter was NOT impressed and would not let me leave him to get a picture with Santa, but he really liked Frosty and Rudolph.

That night we went to Mom and Dad's for dinner.  After dinner but before going home Tim took us for a drive to see the Christmas lights here in town and to the magic tree.  It was a lot of fun.  I really enjoyed the relaxing evening the time for us to just talk, laugh and joke with each other.

McKenzie's class party

McKenzie's class had their annual class party.  They made cute snowflake ornaments, then went outside for some reindeer races and then came back in for some delicious snacks.

For the reindeer races, they used stick horses where the heads looked like reindeer.  They had to race down and get a candy cane and run back, then the next person goes.

Christmas with my side of the family.

Christmas is always a fun time, but very busy.  Grandma Lou had her Christmas on the 18th.  Grandma had two kids; Uncle Jerry and mom.  Both of those familes were there, except my Cousin Hayden, who had another event and Tim who was sick.

Grandma Lou got caught snooping under the tree.

McKenzie and Henry

Uncle John is so much fun.

Carter kept rubbing baby Henry's head.  Henry didn't seem to mind though.

Everyone had to get in a little sugar from the baby.

After leaving Grandma's we went to Mom and Dad's to celebrate there with our immediate family.  I am not sure what happened but I didn't take very many pictures.  (I must have been tired).

Christmas with Nana and Bruce

This year we celebrated Christmas with Tim's family, December 17th.  We drove to KC on Friday night and went to dinner with Bruce, Cathy and Jason.  Then Saturday Morning we had a pretty relaxing morning.  McKenzie could not wait for Jayden and Isabelle to get there.  They got there mid morning and the girls had a great time playing.  Carter and Brodie were not as excited to see each other but I bet in the next year or two that will change.
Nana and Carter

Nana found some really cute candy mice and got all the supplies needed for the girls to make them.

The mice turned out so cute.

The kids had a great time opening gifts, playing with their new toys and trying on their new clothes.

Cummings family Christmas

Tim's grandparents take everyone to Branson every year for Christmas.  The weekend started on Thursday night where we met at Lamberts cafe for dinner. I always forget how big their drinks are but Carter is trying to get a drink from his "kids cup".
Cousins
Friday afternoon we went to Silver Dollar City.

Tim is always picking on somone, poor Morgan.

There was also plenty of time for shopping, hanging out laughing in the condos and eating (boy did we eat good).
Such a cute picture! - My kids were spoiled with all the love and attention.

The kids had a blast getting to play together
