My sweetest blessings.

Our day to day lives are so hectic but they are full of so many wonderful moments.  There are so many times I catch myself laughing out loud at the things my kids do and say.
For example, Carter and I were grocery shopping yesterday and he was in the cart saying, "beep beep, get out of our way"  as we walked down the isle.

Carter riding in the car with McKenzie's Umbrella.

McKenzie has started gymnastics and she asked me the first night if I was going to come watch her when she was in the Olympics.

The kids having a good time in the play place.  Carter was to scared to go up in it at first but McKenzie stayed right with him and walked him through it.  He was a pro by the time we left.  She can be so sweet and caring to him.

The sweetest of all.  I love watching the kids love on their daddy.  The three of them watching a moving before bed time.

attempt at a blog catch up.

A few weeks ago I went to a coworkers baby shower.  It was such a nice shower and fun to see so many friends from work.

With mommy to be.

Cara and I (another coworker)

Tim had to work that Saturday so while I went to the shower the kids went and hung out with Megan, Sherri and Dalton.  They had so much fun riding bikes, playing video games, and just being kids.  McKenzie's favorite part was they didn't have to eat lunch setting at the table.  They got to eat on the floor down in the playroom.
After we got home we had 45 minutes before our second party.

John's girlfriends little girl, Lilly, turned 5 and went to Flipz to help her celebrate.

Labor Day weekend

FRIDAY - SUNDAY
This weekend the kids and I went to Shelly's.  Carter held his sit and spin the whole way, even during his nap.

Joe entertained the kids by playing some music.  McKenzie loved playing the harmonica while Joe played the piano.

Trying to be just like Uncle Joe; playing the piano and harmonica.

We were unable to get the boat out because the water level was so low, they can't get the boat off the lift.

BUT we got to play in the sandbox and swim.

Henry and Carter were best buds this weekend.

MONDAY
Today I took Carter and went to Granddad and Reiche's to work on Carter's bed.   Carter hung out with them while I sandblasted his bed.

Tim and McKenzie had a daddy/daughter day.  They played putt putt and ate Chinese.

While playing putt putt McKenzie saw a lady whom she liked her hair.  She went up to the lady and asked if she could take her picture....then they went and got McKenzie's hair cut like hers.

When Carter and I got home this is the cute little girl we were meet at the door by.
