Happy Halloween

McKenzie's class was ready to begin their Halloween festivities.

Racing to see who can make a mummy first.

McKenzie and her good friend Mya getting some snacks.

My sweet girl

Emily and I have taken on planning the school parties for our girls class the past couple years.  I love working with her.

McKenzie's party was over at 3 and Carter's started at 3 so we made a quick run to celebrate with Carter also.

Carter and his best friend Noah.

After we left Carter's school we went to visit Grandma Susan.  This is how I left Carter every morning when he went to her house.  He climbed up there next to her as soon as we got there to get some snuggles.

Grandma seeing how tall McKenzie is getting.

We went home to got Daddy and then to trunk or treat at our church

Our church also had a hayride.  It was so much fun but burr was it cold.

It was getting late when we got home but we visited a few of our good friend's houses in the neighborhood before going to bed.

awards night

Tuesday night we celebrated a fun soccer season with an awards/appreciation night.

Team Ghana

The magician pulled Callon and McKenzie on stage to be his assistants.

Our team getting their trophies.

Our good friend Dalton played this year also.  These two are really growing up.

Weekend fun

Last weekend was so much fun getting to hang out with so much of our family.  We started Friday night with a sleep over.  This was the first time Henry spent the night at our house without Shelly.  I loved having him.

While the boys were having a sleep over, Shelly took McKenzie roller skating.

Saturday morning Cathy, Mom, Shelly, Henry and Carter came to McKenzie's last soccer game.

My little goalie.  Even the other coach came over to tell her how good she did.  Not a single goal got past her.

After the game we grabed a quick bite for lunch

And we got to see daddy for the first time in 3 weeks.

After lunch we went to the pumpkin patch.

The weather was amazing.

Mom and her grandkids

I was so glad to have Cathy there with us.

After the pumpkin patch it was home to mom and dad's.  The boys wanted to take a ride on Grandad's tractor and

the ranger.

Sunday Morning, Shelly took the boys to the park

And then met us at Grandma Lou's for her family dinner.  After the dinner the grandkids put on their costumes and trick or treated at Grandma's so she could see their costumes.

Henry as spider man.  His costume had built in muscles, it was awesome.

guess who Carter found:)

After all the Kansas City family left Grandma's, we went to Moberly to ride on their Wabash train.

Reiche went also.  She said she was learning to do it all.  Shelly and I laughed and said, "um who do you think we learned it from"  Mom always made sure we didn't miss out.

Costume's back on and grabbing a quick cat nap before...

We went to trunk or treat at mom's church.

They slept very well Sunday night!
