Homecoming 2015 - Beat the Gators

Morgan and I coordinated to meet for the homecoming parade this morning.  

What a great looking group.

Eyes closed, mouth open, gum hanging out of mouth, you name it...After 7 attempts this was the best I could get of these two.

Carter really liked the Golden Girls.  He kept saying, "they are really pretty"

Henry - This is for you buddy.  We are going to get you to see this car someday.

Time in the field

Carter and I took our annual ride with Marty, while he harvested corn.

 Carter took a couple selfies and then he was ready for me to GET OUT.  He wanted to ride alone.

Marty stopped to let Dad ride for awhile.  I got up to get out and when I turned around to take a quick photo, Carter had already put his seat belt on....poor dad never got a turn.  Carter could spend hours hanging out with Marty.

Pumpkin Run

Carter and I ran in the annual Show Me State Games Pumpkin Run.  

Carter asked me if he could have his "license plate" on his back.

After the pumpkin run Grandma Lou joined us for lunch.  

School is back in full swing

McKenzie cheered in the school assembly.

This 3rd grader shared a hindu dance during the assembly.  All the kids talked about how neat it was and how different it was from anything they had seen.  It took her 3 hours to get all her makeup and clothes on that morning.
