The kids always enjoy Halloween and getting to pick out their costumes. This year Carter was a Ninja and McKenzie was a devil.
Our church has a huge Halloween event ever year with trunk or treat, hay rides, bunch houses and the fire and police trucks. McKenzie asked if we could do a trunk this year. We did a tailgating theme.
My BBQ fire was the best part. I wrapped a flameless candle with tissue paper so it looked like I had a real fire. Everyone stopped and held their hands over it to see if it was hot.
