This post is way over due, but it was a great weekend and wanted to share. The beginning of August we made a trip to KC for the weekend.

I had to take a picture of my turkey. I have never gotten 3 strikes in a row before.
After a little bowling we hit the pool.
Can you see him? Scott is diving off the high dive and appears to by flying through the air.
After a fun filled Saturday we went home and had a wonderful dinner. The kids shucked the corn.

Grandma Mertie and Grandpa Pete joined us for dinner.
First Watch Sunday morning for breakfast before we all parted ways.
The girls sure have a good time together.
We left McKenzie at Nana and Bruce's for the week for some one on one time....blog post to follow
